In this video Joel goes through the process of creating one and explains how the recipe can be quite individual to your own espresso machine, grinder and the condition they are in at the time you make your recipe. A brew recipe adds quite a lot of control to your coffee production and allows for greater consistency in the coffee making process. Joel creates his recipe in this video using the NICHE ZERO coffee grinder and the LA MARZOCCO LINEA MINI espresso machine. He goes into the process into quite a lot of depth and detail and hopefully makes it fairly easy for you to follow and understand the process.
